TLG performs as prime under an executed VAAR limitations-on-subcontracting certificate, teaming with a NARA-compliant storage specialist for climate-controlled facilities while retaining project management, security, and government liaison. Scope covers scheduled pickup, secure transport, environmental control and audit trails, retrieval, and disposition only on written VA authorization.
