Air Station Detroit needed reliable, per-diem-compliant lodging for rotating Coast Guard personnel over a four-month period, including extended-stay accommodations and seamless reservation continuity.

Our Approach

TLG conducted exhaustive market research, negotiated a favorable government rate against federal compliance standards, managed a courtesy block of run-of-house guestrooms and kitchenettes, and served as the dedicated liaison between the Coast Guard and the lodging provider with Net-30 billing.

The Result

618 room-nights delivered across four months with zero service disruptions and continuous accommodation for mission-critical personnel.
