Procurement and delivery of three 55kW diesel standby generators for the Arkabutla Lake Project.

The Challenge

USACE required three Taylor Power Systems 55kW diesel standby generators delivered to a remote lake project on a fixed schedule, with exacting technical specifications and full federal acquisition compliance.

Our Approach

TLG managed the full procurement lifecycle — supplier negotiation, technical specification management, FAR/DFARS compliance, freight and logistics coordination, and quality assurance — culminating in FOB-destination delivery of all three units.

The Result
