Overview
The Atlanta VA system needed dependable specialty-waste maintenance across four facilities — steel and disposable plaster traps on different service cadences — with strict environmental and safety compliance and no tolerance for service gaps in active dental clinics.
The Luzar Group structured a five-year firm-fixed-price program self-performed in full: bi-monthly servicing of steel traps and monthly replacement of disposable traps, with cleaning, lubrication, inspection, wet/dry vacuum extraction, drain snaking as needed, and compliant waste disposal — all under SCA wage determination and EPA/OSHA/VA standards.
Service cadence maintained without interruption since contract start, no price escalation across option years, direct facility-POC relationships at all four sites, and on-time invoicing with zero compliance findings.
