Memorial Day Ceremony Event Management

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs — National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona

Role: Prime Contractor Type: Firm-Fixed Price Period: May 2025 Place: Phoenix, AZ

Overview

Complete event infrastructure for a high-visibility federal commemoration at a National Shrine.

The Challenge

The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona required full event infrastructure for a high-visibility Memorial Day commemoration serving Veterans and families — executed with the decorum and reverence a National Shrine demands and zero tolerance for safety issues.

Our Approach

TLG planned and coordinated with VA leadership and cemetery staff, then deployed six 20'×20' tents with safety packages and concrete ballast, 2,100 folding chairs, climate-controlled tenting, a professional outdoor PA system, and ADA-compliant restroom and handwashing facilities — managing delivery, setup, teardown, and vetted subcontractors throughout.

The Result

Flawless execution of the ceremony with full ADA compliance and risk management, and zero incidents during setup, the event, or teardown.
